At Olive Meats Wood, we take pride in delivering high-quality, fresh, and beautifully arranged charcuterie products. Due to the perishable nature of our items, we maintain a strict no refund or return policy once the food is in the possession of the payee.
Exceptions:
If you encounter any issue with your order, such as damaged or compromised food, we ask that you notify us immediately upon receipt. Please contact us within 2 hours of delivery or pick-up to report any problems, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We value your satisfaction and will review concerns on a case-by-case basis, but no refunds or returns can be processed after this window due to health and safety regulations.
